Roundtables
An hour with someone who has already built it.
We put ten proposal, bid and revenue leaders around a table with a customer who has done the thing you are considering. They walk through the timeline, the cost and the parts that went wrong. Then everyone asks the questions you cannot ask a vendor.
Invite only · 8–12 seats · Chatham House rules
What the hour looks like.
No agenda slide, no product tour. Someone tells you what happened, and you get to interrupt.

01
Ten people, one table
Small enough that everyone talks, and big enough that someone else in the room has already hit whatever you are describing.
Most of the value comes from the other guests.
-
02
A customer runs it
Not us. Someone who built it talks through what it took, what it cost and what they would do differently. A Tribble product lead moderates and keeps the questions coming.
You hear the version with the difficult bits left in.

Nothing leaves with a name on it
Chatham House rules. Take the insight, leave the attribution. It is why people will tell you about the project that went sideways.
Say the thing you would not say on a webinar.
Who is usually in the room.
A customer leads. Two people from our side keep it moving.
Host
A Tribble product lead. Frames the session, asks the follow-up nobody wants to ask, and does not present.
Facilitator
Runs the room. Watches the clock, makes sure the quiet guest gets their question in, and follows up afterwards.
Coming up.
Sessions are scheduled a few weeks ahead. Seats go to the list first.
We are between sessions. The last one ran on 17 September and the next is being scheduled. Ask for a seat and you will hear the date and the topic before anyone else does.
Sessions so far.
A sense of the range, and of the people who tend to be in the room.

Tell us what you are working on and we will match you to a session where the conversation is worth your hour. If none of them are, we will say so.
Before you say yes
The things people check first.
Is this a webinar?
No. A webinar has an audience; this has a table. Ten people, cameras on, everyone expected to say something. There is no deck and nothing to sit through.
Will I be sold to?
Not in the room. The session belongs to the customer running it, and our job is to ask good follow-ups. If you want to talk to us commercially afterwards, you can. If you never do, you are still welcome at the next one.
Do I need to be a customer?
No, and the rooms are better when half the table is not. The sharpest questions usually come from people still working out whether any of this is real.
Is it recorded?
Sometimes, for people who could not make it, and we tell you before we start. Chatham House rules hold either way: the insight travels, the attribution does not.
What do I actually come away with?
The numbers behind the story. How long it really took, which part the experts refused to hand over, what broke in month two, and what they would do differently. The things nobody puts in a case study.
Want to host one?
If you have built something your peers keep asking you about, it is a better session when you are the one running it. Tell us what you would want to talk about and we will build the room around it.
